In connection with the expansion of our team, we are looking for: a sales consultant for our offices in the city of Sofia.

• Experience in sales (experience in the telecommunications sector will be considered an advantage)

Key responsibilities:
• Provide consultation and information services to current and future customers about the company's activities, portfolio, conditions and procedures for using its services.
• Actively engage in direct sales, according to pre-set targets.
• Offers up-to-date promotional packages and services to the company in accordance with the needs of the client.
• Conclude contracts on behalf of the company for the services provided.
• Provide assistance to clients in case of problems regarding the services they use.
• Charge subscribers' monthly fees.
• Regularly examine customer requirements, needs and expectations by giving information about this to the line
manager
• Approach each client professionally, observing the ethical rules of conduct of the company.
