You can sign an agreement:
•    At the nearest IP NET office to you;
•    In the case of a distance contract, the documents will be sent to you by a provided email address. It is desirable to return them back scanned or on-site at our site within 72 hours after their dispatch;

•    If you sign a distance contract, you have 14 days to cancel it without penalty;
•    If you sign an open-ended contract, you can cancel it at any time, with one month's notice, without owing penalties; the same applies to a fixed-term contract that has expired and has been converted into an open-ended one;
•    If you want to terminate a fixed-term contract early (before the expiration of the minimum term), you owe all monthly subscription fees until the date of expiration of the initial minimum contract period or a penalty of three monthly fees at the standard non-promotional price of the service (s), whichever is less;
