Conditions
- Only new subscribers and current subscribers who have terminated their services more than 4 months ago can take advantage of the offer;
- Free installation upon conclusion of a fixed-term contract. The installation fee for an indefinite contract is 20.49 €;
- Free 300 Mbps router, upon signing a two-year contract. This applies to new subscribers or current subscribers upgrading their existing plan;
- Free HD STB receiver throughout the contract;
- The Internet service is fixed and can only be used at the address specified in the contract. A change of address may be made with the consent of the supplier, if technically possible and for a fee of 20.49 €;
- An additional IP address and a fixed service can be provided at the same address and at the same rate for 4.49 €/month without a binding contract;
- All prices quoted are in EUR incl. VAT;
Internet
- Speeds up to 500 Mbps Download and up to 300 Mbps Upload are suitable for carefree surfing and are completely sufficient for trouble-free work;
- Equal speeds to BG and international sites;
- Free real IP address;
- Unlimited number of connected computers;
- No traffic limit (All subscription plans have unlimited traffic);
- Free 24/7 support;
- Internet access through state-of-the-art technologies in the provision of optical connectivity – FTTB and FTTH, which ensure a constant and stable connection at maximum network speed.
TV
- The TV service is provided with a free HD STB receiver throughout the contract. The client can subscribe to up to 3 additional receivers for the use of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th TVs for an additional monthly fee of 2.99 €c/month for each of the devices;
- The TV packages for which the client has subscribed to the first (main) TV are also used on the additional TVs only against the fee for an additional STB receiver for each of them;
- Additional Interactive Digital TV Package (18+, Sports Package, Cinema Home, etc.) cannot be used independently, but only to subscription to a basic package (Economy, Standart or Prestige). Subscription to an additional package is non-binding;
- Cinema Home package – 2.99 €/month;
- Sports package - 2.99 €/month;
- 18+ package - 1 €/month;
- HD package - 1 €/month;
- VoD - 1 €/month;
- TV Archive - 1 €/month;
- Selected content record - 1 €/month;
- The platform now supports Time Shift, pause, as well as archive of past shows;
